This policy describes the current Soluslide beta and is effective from 5 October 2026.
Privacy policy
What we collect
When you create a beta account, we store your email address, a password hash, and session information. When you use the builder, we receive the topic, event, duration, language, selected template, edited outline, and files you choose to upload. Operational logs may contain request IDs, timing, status codes, and limited network information needed for rate limiting and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use this information to show the outline, extract text from an uploaded document, render an editable PPTX, keep the beta session active, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. The current beta uses a deterministic outline path and guarded n8n rendering. An official public AI provider is not enabled yet.
Uploaded material
Only upload material you have the right to use. The service reads supported TXT, Markdown, PDF, and DOCX files to create the requested draft. Do not upload secrets, identity documents, or confidential material that the beta is not approved to process.
Sharing and processors
A requested export can be sent through the configured n8n workflow to the Soluslide renderer. WhatsApp is an optional support and checkout handoff. We do not sell uploaded material. Public AI and paid third party processing remain disabled until separately approved.
Retention and deletion
Beta account data is kept in the service storage so login and export can work. Ask for deletion through the WhatsApp contact below and include the account email. We will confirm the request before removing the account record. Uploaded source text is used for the request and is not presented as a public library.
Security and beta limits
Passwords are stored as scrypt hashes and sessions use an HttpOnly cookie. The service is a beta with bounded upload, queue, and timeout limits. Do not rely on it as the only copy of a presentation or as a regulated records system.
Your choices
You can stop using the service, avoid optional analytics, or request account deletion. Generated files remain your responsibility to review in PowerPoint or Google Slides before sharing.
